Kegiatan Volunteer SMP EDU Global Medan

SMP EDU Global kembali mengadakan kegiatan sosial melalui program Volunteer yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17–18 Desember. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan rasa kepedulian sosial, empati, dan kebersamaan pada peserta didik.

Hari Pertama: Berbagi Keceriaan Bersama Anak-Anak

Pada 17 Desember, kegiatan volunteer dilaksanakan di dua lokasi, yaitu Rumah Yatim dan Dhuafa serta Panti Asuhan Al Marhamah. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh siswa-siswi kelas 8 SMP EDU Global.

Dalam kegiatan tersebut, para siswa berinteraksi langsung dengan anak-anak panti melalui aktivitas melukis di tas kanvas. Suasana penuh keceriaan dan kebersamaan terasa sepanjang kegiatan berlangsung. Anak-anak tampak sangat gembira dan antusias dalam menuangkan kreativitas mereka melalui warna dan gambar, didampingi oleh para siswa SMP EDU Global.





Hari Kedua: Memasak dan Berbagi Makan Siang

Pada 18 Desember, kegiatan volunteer dilanjutkan dengan memasak bersama. Siswa-siswi SMP EDU Global menyiapkan makanan yang kemudian dibagikan sebagai makan siang kepada orang-orang yang membutuhkan. Proses memasak hingga pembagian makanan dilakukan langsung oleh para siswa dengan penuh semangat dan rasa tanggung jawab.

Kegiatan ini menjadi pengalaman berharga bagi siswa untuk belajar berbagi, bekerja sama, serta memahami pentingnya membantu sesama.




 

Melalui kegiatan volunteer ini, diharapkan siswa SMP EDU Global dapat terus menumbuhkan sikap peduli, empati, dan kepekaan sosial dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan seperti ini juga diharapkan dapat terus dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan sebagai bagian dari pembentukan karakter positif siswa.

Semoga kegiatan volunteer SMP EDU Global dapat memberikan manfaat bagi semua pihak dan menjadi inspirasi untuk terus menebarkan kebaikan.
