On December 30, 2025, our school successfully hosted a transformative
program titled "Strengthening the Teachers' Well-being to Support
Quality Learning." This dedicated session brought together all junior
high school teachers for a day of reflection and self-improvement. Recognizing
that the heart of quality education lies in the health of the educator, the
event served as a vital platform to prioritize the mental and spiritual
resilience of our teaching staff.
The core of the workshop focused on building mental fortitude and
emotional intelligence. Teachers were encouraged to embrace their
vulnerabilities and practice radical openness toward their own emotions.
Through guided sessions, participants were trained in effective emotional
regulation techniques, learning how to manage stress and professional pressures
with grace. This proactive approach ensures that our educators remain grounded
and prepared to face the dynamic challenges of the modern classroom.
A unique and deeply moving highlight of the event was the integration of
spiritual healing through the "Emotional Release Therapy with the
Quran." By connecting psychological well-being with spiritual values,
teachers explored how to find peace and clarity through sacred verses. This
holistic method not only provided practical tools for emotional management but
also strengthened the spiritual bond among the faculty, creating a more
harmonious and supportive environment for both teachers and students.
