Education Expo 2024: A Grand Celebration of Learning and Innovation


 Medan, May 19, 2024 – The Education Expo 2024, organized by Yayasan Kreasi Edulab Indonesia, successfully took place from Friday to Sunday, May 17-19, 2024, at Focal Point Medan. This highly anticipated event brought together students, educators, and institutions to explore the latest advancements in education, technology, and personal development. With a variety of engaging activities, the expo served as an excellent platform for learning, networking, and inspiration.

The event was officially opened by Mr. Zulhanuddin, Chairman of Yayasan Kreasi Edulab Indonesia, and was attended by the Head of the Medan City Education Department. Additionally, the STEM Project competition was inaugurated by the Head of the North Sumatra Provincial Environmental Affairs Division, marking a significant step in integrating environmental awareness with education. The opening ceremony set the stage for an exciting weekend filled with knowledge-sharing and collaboration.


One of the highlights of the expo was the educational workshops, featuring experts from Vokasi USU, Kumon, Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI), Ingatan Gajah, KodingNext, Homeschooling HSPG, and EF. These workshops covered a range of topics, from language learning and STEM education to innovative homeschooling methods. Meanwhile, the education booths, featuring institutions such as The Language Access, Binus University, CodingBee, and more, provided visitors with valuable insights into academic programs, skill development courses, and career opportunities.


Adding to the excitement, various competitions were held, allowing participants to showcase their talents in academics, arts, and technology. These competitions not only encouraged creativity and critical thinking but also fostered a spirit of healthy competition among young learners. To complement the intellectual activities, the food bazaar offered a wide selection of delicious treats, making the expo a well-rounded experience for all attendees.

The Education Expo 2024 was a resounding success, bringing together the best in education and innovation. With its diverse range of activities and strong support from key stakeholders, the event has set a high standard for future educational expos in Indonesia. As the doors closed on this inspiring weekend, participants left with new knowledge, opportunities, and a deeper appreciation for the power of education in shaping the future.
