Community Involvement Program (CIP) SMP Edu Global Medan 2025

SMP Edu Global Medan telah melaksanakan kegiatan Community Involvement Program (CIP) pada 17–21 November 2025. Program ini diikuti oleh seluruh siswa kelas IX sebagai bagian dari pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman serta penguatan karakter melalui keterlibatan langsung di masyarakat, khususnya pada bidang pendidikan.

Pada pelaksanaannya, siswa dibagi ke dalam beberapa kelompok dan ditempatkan di sekolah-sekolah mitra, yaitu:

  • SDIT Usman bin Ali

  • TKIT Usman bin Ali

  • RA Bunayya 2

  • SD Bunayya 2

  • SDIT Al Hijrah

  • RA Bunayya 4

  • SDIT Al Irma Sovrina

Selama kegiatan berlangsung, para siswa berperan sebagai asisten guru dan terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Mereka membantu siswa membaca, menulis, membaca Iqra, mendampingi saat bermain, serta mendukung guru dalam pengelolaan kelas. Melalui pengalaman ini, siswa belajar memahami dinamika dunia pendidikan dan belajar menerapkan kemampuan komunikasi, kedisiplinan, serta tanggung jawab.


Tujuan Pelaksanaan CIP

Program ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk:

  1. Memberikan pengalaman belajar nyata melalui keterlibatan langsung di institusi pendidikan.

  2. Menumbuhkan rasa peduli dan tanggung jawab sosial terhadap lingkungan sekitar.

  3. Melatih kemampuan komunikasi, kerjasama, dan kepemimpinan siswa.

  4. Mengembangkan karakter empati, kemandirian, dan kepercayaan diri.

  5. Mengenalkan siswa pada dunia kerja, khususnya profesi guru dan tantangan di dalamnya.

Setiap siswa memperoleh lembar penilaian yang diisi oleh wali kelas atau pembina pendamping. Penilaian mencakup aspek sikap, kinerja, kerjasama, dan kreativitas selama menjalankan tugas. Selain itu, sebagai bentuk refleksi, siswa akan mempresentasikan pengalaman CIP mereka di kelas setelah kegiatan berakhir.

Melalui kegiatan Community Involvement Program (CIP) 2025, diharapkan siswa SMP Edu Global Medan dapat mengembangkan karakter positif, memahami arti kontribusi sosial, serta memperoleh pengalaman berharga yang dapat menjadi bekal dalam perjalanan pendidikan mereka. Semoga kegiatan ini terus memberikan manfaat dan menjadi program unggulan sekolah dalam membentuk generasi yang berakhlak, peduli, dan berdaya saing.
