The
Overseas Study Tour 2026 was successfully conducted from 2–7 February 2026,
with educational visits to Malaysia and Singapore. This program reflects the
school’s strong commitment to providing students with meaningful international
exposure and authentic global learning experiences.
During
the program, students visited MAHSA International School in Malaysia and
Knightsbridge House International School in Singapore. These visits were far
more than ceremonial exchanges; they were immersive academic engagements
designed to foster intellectual growth, cross-cultural understanding, and
global competence.
Students
actively participated in classroom immersion sessions, joining lessons
alongside local students in an international academic environment. They engaged
in collaborative group discussions, interactive learning activities, and
structured presentations that challenged them to articulate ideas confidently
in English within a multicultural setting. These experiences significantly
strengthened their communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and
academic adaptability.
In
addition, students took part in dialogue sessions with teachers and peers,
gaining valuable insights into international curricula, pedagogical approaches,
and the broader educational philosophies implemented at both institutions.
Through meaningful interaction and academic collaboration, students developed a
deeper appreciation for diversity, global perspectives, and the importance of
intercultural respect.
Comprehensive
campus tours further enriched the experience, providing students with firsthand
exposure to world-class educational facilities and international academic
standards. Such exposure broadened their understanding of global educational
pathways and future academic opportunities.
The
Overseas Study Tour was not merely an international visit; it was a
transformative educational journey. Throughout the program, students cultivated
independence, responsibility, time management skills, teamwork, and resilience.
More importantly, they developed the confidence to engage in global discourse
and the mindset required to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.
This
