Guru SMP Edu Global Medan Mengikuti BIMTEK

 

Pemko Medan melalui Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Medan menggelar Pelatihan Bimbingan teknis penggunaan aplikasi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan karakter bangsa jenjang SMP pada 14-15 Oktober 2024 di Hotel Madani Medan. Kegiatan ini juga di ikuti oleh guru -guru SMP Edu Global Medan.


Dengan berbagai sesi pelatihan interaktif yang dipandu oleh para narasumber yang ahli di bidangnya, peserta akan mendapatkan wawasan baru dan strategi inovatif dalam pengajaran. Dinas Pendidikan dan kebudayaan kota Medan percaya bahwa pengembangan profesional adalah langkah penting dalam menciptakan masa depan pendidikan yang lebih baik.


Diharapkan dengan terselenggaranya pelatihan ini dapat bermanfaat bagi para pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan terutama dalam hal pengembangan diri sebagai seorang individu.

Program pelatihan guru merupakan program yang dilakukan oleh tenaga pendidik dengan tujuan menjadi lebih profesional, sehingga dapat memaksimalkan proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Program latihan yang dilakukan biasanya mencakup teknik perencanaan pembelajaran dan cara melakukan pembelajaran yang efektif.


Kegiatan ini masuk ke dalam bagian internal manajemen di sekolah yang diadakan dalam rangka mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru oleh Dinas Pendidikan. Pihak manajemen berharap agar guru bisa mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif serta dapat memberikan pelayanan terbaik. 

Melalui program pelatihan guru diharapkan mereka dapat bekerja dengan lebih produktif dan mengalami peningkatan kualitas kerja.
